I have been going to this man since I was 17 and I am now 40. He has delivered majority of my 7 kids and 1 was dr Rector. But he is so good I lived in other states and moved back just so he could be the one to deliver my babies. I really love his patience and dedication to knowing his patients. He is definitely cut out to do this job. He delivered my first born early and he had acute pneumonia . This has been one of the worst places I have been to. I was told over the phone that I could bring my son because I'm a single mother and the only caretaker for him. And then when I came for my appointment they REFUSED to see me and called me a liar saying they told me I couldn't bring him. Needless to say I will have someone else do my hysterectomy.
My fiance was charged a copay for a surgical procedure follow-up after being told there was no copay for a surgical follow-up. They refused to remove the charge, very disappointing and poor business practice.
