Made an appointment last Tuesday to have an infected wisdom tooth extracted; they rescheduled me, due to an overlap in patients, for 1pm today. I show up to my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and the doors are locked! I called an answering service and the woman who answered told they lost internet and THOUGHT the cancelled all appointments except me. The she said if I had cash (it was supposed to be covered by insurance) that maybe she could get the dentist to see me. This is by far the worst I've seen a business handled.
Always enjoy my appointments. I am in braces right now and the Dr. is very attentive to my teeth and works to fit me in according to my schedule. I have been pleased since my first appointment. Highly recommend!
I had wisdom teeth that were badly infected. They were so caring and got me in right away. The staff is incredible and it was so painless both in my experience and in my pocketbook. I highly recommend!
The staff, Lisa and company, and Dr. Gregory Hierholzer are awesome. The team works efficiently to get you seen quickly. Dr. Hierholzer is very personable and treats you like a person as the other review stated. Looking forward to getting to know this office better and next visit.
As a response to the "owner" I am unsure of where my review said I was a nurse? No, I am not a nurse at all. I am surprised you would say what you did! Do you not appreciate and RESPECT every person in the medical field? CNA, LPNs, CCMA or do you ONLY respect RNs? That is a terrible comment and I am sure anyone that reads your response on a negative review will see that you do not APPRECIATE all medical field employees!
