I am very disappointed with how Total Care Clinic handled my wife's concern regarding the recurring billing issues. First of all, I find it very unprofessional for the receptionist, Irma, at the Walla Walla location to vent to me just because my wife informed the office that they dropped the ball again. Whatever her notes said and her disagreeing with my wife's comments is none of my business. Highly disappointing and unprofessional behavior directly from Trudy Sharp, Nurse Practitioner versus having a more ‘customer service’ focused response from Total Care Clinic’s Office Manager regarding the same complaint I have brought to TCC's billing department’s attention over the years to no avail.
