We've used Total Care for situations at our HOA before, and in the past, I used them to install a hot water heater in my own unit. This time I had a longer "to do" list and they approached it in the same professional way as before. I called them to clean carpet that was stained and smelled of pet odor. They arrived promptly and cleaned the carpet in short time. The carpet now looks and smells so much better!! Overall, service was great and I would definitely recommend

I foster dogs and my last one had a major issue with accidents. Total Care was able to get rid of all of the stains and the place smells great! Would recommend.

Had them do my couches and rugs. My dogs got them pretty dirty but they were able to make them look great again. Thanks guys!
