Cancel my warranty 5/16/25 called them on 6/16 and found out they was issuing my check to the wrong company lady said she was gonna take care of it. Called on 7/30/25 to find out they proceeded to send that check to the wrong company after discussing it a month ago. Thanks.

If you want to wait almost 90 days for your refund of a cancelled warranty definitely use these guys! They use excuses like “staffing changes” to not issue refunds in a timely manner. They also like to argue facts when I have receipts showing how long I had been waiting. Horrible customer service and horrible company. Their coverage is also misleading. Doesn’t cover much and I had the comprehensive package. Beware they are scammers I would NOT recommend.

Total Care Auto is a scam! Do NOT do business with this company. I bought an oil change package through Larry H Miller in Riverdale. I used one of the oil changes and then sold my Dodge Ram and tried to get a refund for the one that I didn’t use. I was told that they do their packages through Total Auto Care. I contacted them and they told me that I was out of luck and they wouldn’t give me any of my money back. The guy I spoke with was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen to my explanation. Do NOT use these guys!

Don't get confused or shafted as I did buying a warranty from Total Care Auto, Landcar or Larry H Miller. They are all owned by Asbury Auto Group. If you want your warranty to work for you as it was described by the finance folks at LHM (0 deductible) you have to take it to a LHM dealership. Which I unfortunately did before traveling cross country. After the service manager at LHM Tucson assured me that my transmission would make the trip, my transmission failed 150 miles out of Tucson. TCA told me to take it to the closest ... read more

I purchased a TCA plan for oil change back in 2024. After my vehicle was wrecked in a car accident, the TCA denied any service under the plan because the plan was tied to a VIN number and it's not transferrable. I told TCA that I have essentially the same vehicle to replace the old one, but they still denied any service. This is scammy business practice beyond belief. I paid for service and parts and didn't get them! Don't ever purchase anything from these thiefs.
