Garbage! Typical corporate thieves working in partnership with sidewinder car dealers. I paid $500 through the dealer for GAP insurance. Now with written addendas, the company is failing to pay the $5700 due back from a total loss claim.

Its taken me months to get my check refund from this company. It finally came in. I deposited the check and was told by my bank that Landcar put a "stop payment" on the check. I am very frustrated. I have been calling but no one answers. I even called the number that was left for every bad review received on here but she doesn't answer either. This can't be legal! I just want the money I paid you to come back to. This is ridiculous.

This company is a total scam. I bought the end of lease coverage and nothing was applied. Dealership billed me for minor damage that was covered by their plan. Now the dealership and this company are unwilling to uphold their end of the contract. I paid a lot of end of lease protection. Everything the dealership marked was fully covered by the plan. This company is the worst. Do not buy coverage from them.

These guys cover the little things and when something big breaks they send out THEIR EXPERT to find a way to avoid paying for the repair. My rear end in my pickup went out. They said they would not pay because there was very little oil left in the rear end. Sent them pictures of all the oil stains on the road where the breakdown was. Seems like that was not good enough for them (the oil stains were right in the middle to the skid marks from the locked up tires).
