Reviews are definitely loaded. When my baby was first enrolled, they would call weekly claiming to “check in,” but really it was to beg for 5-star reviews. So a lot of these reviews are from staff or from clients who were pressured before even getting a chance to fully experience the clinic. Some of the RBTs are great, but overall the clinic was unorganized and constantly changing. First off the people who are putting the 5 star rating are the workers and their family members.They just don’t want to make the place look bad. Let me tell y’all about these people. I’ve spoken with a close relative whose child goes here and they are unorganized as hell. Those people up there pick and choose who to be nice to, God forbid you don’t follow their rules so called Megan and Courtney they’ll go run their mouth to tell everybody who works there.
