We liked our BCBA, but the RBT just didn’t work for us. We gave her several months but she continued to use forced compliance and just never listened to my child’s cues that he was tired (needed a break) which led to meltdowns. One thing that also bothered me is that the RBT felt comfortable to talk about other clients cases. Not professional. My child is doing much better without ABA. My is currently receiving ABA from total care an so far they have been completely awesome and helpful with all my son needs . They listen to what I had to say an they were also able to work with my crazy schedule which very awesome. Keep up the good work guys
