My daughter has been receiving services from Total Care ABA for over a year, and we truly appreciate that they are among the few providers offering home-based therapy. My daughter has built a wonderful relationship with her RBTs, and the entire staff is consistently patient, professional, and highly knowledgeable.
I have met with the BCBA one time, rarely responds to texts or concerns in group chat. RBT is sweet and does a good job when she'savailable, however, cancelations are often due to health related issues. I've asked for a backup for when these episodes occurr but nothing has come of it. I've called several people at the company and calls are not returned. There's potential, but leadership is aeriously lacking.
