Dr Amy’s team is the absolute best. They listen, and genuinely want to help.
Dr. Bentley is hands down in the top five of the best doctors in have. She runs her practice like a well oiled machine. ALL of her staff are professional, friendly, and thorough. You don’t have long wait times, and I ALWAYS see Dr. Bentley at the end of my appointment for a thorough conversation about my situation. She is empathetic, and asks in depth questions to investigate the problem, and she doesn’t just throw medicine at you on a trial and error basis. Dr Bentley & her staff are incredible! I have been using them for 14-15 years & they have always been caring, knowledgeable & professional. I would not use anyone else.
Dr. Bentley-Illescas’ office has unstated internal policies (no, they aren’t insurance policies) that prevent the treatment of certain health issues (including mental health conditions, the stigma around which already poses a barrier to treatment) without the completion of unrelated preventative screenings (cervical cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer screenings, all varying levels of invasive that can be completed by a specialist instead).
