Bad customer service and apparently they don't want work. Got a quote for my hedges and didn't know they did deck repair as well. Called back to have them give me a quote for both and was told, by Doug, he'd call me back. He didn't. Have left numerous messages and given many chances for them to have my business, not anymore. Don't waste your time with TLC.
Total Lawn Care was great! I used them to clear a lot on a commercial piece of property that I own in Auburn, WA. The lot was totally overgrown with very high weeds and deeply overgrown. The cleared other debris from the lot and even brought in a truck load of gravel! They always answered the phone and kept me updated to the ongoing progress. I was very happy with their landscaping service!
