Called to get an unusual towing job done and it was no problems. They sent Johnny around who was excellent and took the utmost care with the job. He took the time to make sure our driveway was not damaged and was a very friendly guy. Thanks Total Car Care Cowes.

Disgraceful service. They had my car for a week after being towed there by RACV. I had to call in 3 times to find out what was happening. No phone calls to keep me up to date. Every time... I think it might be this or that I need to test... It might be timing chain, but I need to test. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to repair and this was after not being able to tell me definately what was wrong. I ended up paying to have it towed elsewhere and my car was ready to be picked up later that day. It turned out it was the fue... read more
The guys at Cowes Total Care were just Amazing! We ended up getting a puncher in our rear right tire on our holiday. I called them up and they said we were welcome to come down straight away and the gentleman at the desk also gave advice over the phone. They ended up finding a nail in the tire and fixed it within 20 mins. Thanks so much for your help and assistance, much appreciated! Highly recommended! :)
These guys are amazing. I broke down on on dort road on the wettest, coldest, windiest Friday evening in the middle of the worldwide tech outage and RACV couldn't help as couldn't log jobs. These guys refused to let me and my young son be stranded and came and towed us and got us where we needed to be! Were very quick and professional! Thank you guys
