We took our BMW 750LI on 9 April 2018 to this shop to have our driver window regulator replaced. It was promised to us in 10 April 2018 at 1200pm. We received a call at 1207pm that our car was ready for pick up. The service provided was amazing! We have found our rrepair shop for all our cars and truck. I would recommend anyone to give total care on Veterans Parkway a chance to show you like they showed us. Satisfied Customer Iris and Al Wilson
My friend Tanisha highly recommends this shop. She told me she brought her car in on flat and they fixed it for free all because she had a bad experience in the past. Now they are under new management. I will be checking them out too!
Total Car Care is a rip off and the owner Chuck is a scam artist. I had a warranty on some parts and I realized it after I got my service done and they wouldnt give me store credit or nothing. I talked to the owner Chuck and even with the warranty he wanted me to pay $70 to get a diagnostic to tell me what I already know. All I asked for was store credit or for them to give me back the cost of labor and he said no and that i was wrong. I just had my car serviced. I was given a price that I felt was high for this service. So after paying they found another issue they encouraged me to fix. I denied the service because again I felt it was very pricey. So I went to the shop across the street and they did the work for $100 less and told me the first service I had should have only cost $45 instead of the $100 I paid.
I get everything for my car done here they always give me a fair price and i have never had a problem with them . They are respectful. also as a female it is hard to go to a place that you don't feel like you are just going to get ripped off because you are a female but this place makes me feel vey comfortable. My parents even come down from Washington D.C. to get their cars done here :)
These guys are good for telling you that you need repairs you just had. They cleaned my fuel injectors less than a month ago and I came in for oil change and they told me I really needed my fuel injectors cleaned, I got my brake pads replaced a month ago, I told them they were squeaking, they said I needed new ones. don't do it!!!
