From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, they demonstrated unwavering professionalism and expertise. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship are evident in every aspect of their work.
I needed to replace a 10 foot light pole fixture and they installed a mini light pole that's 6 feet and the light head didn't even fit the pole. I also needed them to replace 4 kitchen cabinet doors and they installed wrong style and color doors. They wanted to spot weld the light head to the pole and they wanted to paint the laminated doors, that's mickey mouse work. Never again!
Total building care did a retrofit job for me job was done in a timely manner and at a affordable price.
If there were a way to put zero stars I would. They started our bldg. earthquake retrofit November 8th and now it's January 9th and all we have a big holes in our parking garage. They have not come back for 3 weeks and I was told when I called that they would be back at the beginning of the week. No one has come. We are parking on the street where there is very little parking and one of the cars had their headlamps stolen.
