A couple of weeks before Christmas our Stanley boiler finally gave up the ghost. I had little hope of replacing it quickly but then, riding over the hill came the cavalry in the shape of Total Boilers. Chris Jones visited twice to assess the job, provide a price and set a date of 20 December. Kevin, the lead heating engineer, and his crew were brilliant. Customer service is shocking /none existing, had an appointment for an Engineer come and give me a price for a new boiler but didn't show up so I rang office to be told he was stuck somewhere else. arranged another date two days later but again no show. not one phone call to say they wouldn't be coming so have gone elsewhere for my new boiler. Had to give one star just to post a review but wouldn't give that
Biggest shout- out ever to Laura from Total boilers Wrexham for repairing complicated pipework to my boiler. She was exemplary in pipework, involving complex u bends, working with blow torch, pliers and wrenches, specifically giving attention to the boiler standard and temperature settings. Never had better from anyone, anywhere. Give Total boilers a go before going anywhere. They even answer the phone promptly, try getting that level of service anywhere else. A team of men couldn't have done better.
Total Boilers are my heroes today. Less than an hour after I called about a leaking boiler they had arrived, sorted a temporary fix, and advised me how to claim against the warranty for a required replacement part. Will be saving their number for any future boiler needs.
