I experienced chronic hip and knee pain as well as shin splints from running track in high school. The pain persisted throughout college until I started seeing Karin and Megan. I felt like they really listened to my concerns and created a treatment plan that allowed me to run again pain free! I would highly recommend them to any athlete experiencing pain.

Have been going for almost one year due to shoulder pain. Never understood what had been happening with my body as I entered old age but Karin certainly showed me. My orthopedic surgeon had recommended massage therapy which I did at the location he referred me to. After four sessions I was discharged, although my shoulder pain quickly came back. My care at Total Body Wellness has been a life changing experience. When I started coming here, I was not able to sit for more than 15 min or walk/stand without lower back pain. I had been receiving cortisone shots in my SI joint every six months for the previous 6 years. I’m happy to say I have not had an injection since!!! I’m now playing tennis, participating in high intensity workouts, and walking 4 mi/3x per week. I can run around with my children and enjoy an active lifestyle!

Total BodyWellness was reffered to me by by BJC physical therapist and it has been the greatest decision! I am able to get the help I need with scoliosis pain, Megan really takes time to learn about your needs, help you on when your having a bad pain day and make you feel better. The expertise and knowledge everyone carries here is exprodonary! I highly recommend them!

Sokol is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I have been to many and no one even comes close. I followed him for the last 12 years. He is especially good at my shoulder and upper back issues I have had. True massage therapy at its best and is part of my weekly routine. Come see him at TBW you will be hooked, I guarantee!!
