My care at Total Body Wellness has been a life changing experience. When I started coming here, I was not able to sit for more than 15 min or walk/stand without lower back pain. I had been receiving cortisone shots in my SI joint every six months for the previous 6 years. I’m happy to say I have not had an injection since!!! I’m now playing tennis, participating in high intensity workouts, and walking 4 mi/3x per week. I can run around with my children and enjoy an active lifestyle!
