I love the workouts. However after a car accident and a doctors note I was unable to be reimbursed for the months that I missed due to injury. I'm not happy with the policy of reimbursement . If proof is given of injuries and services were not rendered for those months then I believe that you should be reimbursed.
Great workout, it is truly a total body workout! Instructor's are knowledgeable and friendly. The best you can get to a personal trainer.
