Me and my boys 18 &20 visited my parents in Gander and decided to check out Total Body Fitness. We read the reviews before going and were amazed at how wrong the negative reviews were. They have a very impressive collection of machines and equipment. Some of the pads need repair but all of the machines work very well and they have some machines that you don’t see in every gym. Look, this is highly misunderstood from the reviews. It’s what anyone lifting needs at a solid price. Metal plates, cables, variety and it’s clean. Plus its 24/7 access. We all got busy schedules and thats a awesome resource. There’s day and week passes as well, so pressure with monthly or yearly commitments.

everyone writing a bad review is just talking to hear there own voice, the equipment works just fine, there is one leg machine broken but guess what, there is 2 more of the same thing just different positions, want to do it another way… position your legs differently. the gym is cleaned lots i always see a cleaner in there and mind you your supposed to clean the machines after use so they won’t be dirty. it may not be the prettiest but it gets the job done, does it not? if your supposedly coming here to work out yet your mai... read more
