They shut down and didn’t notify. I want my money back
Same as last reviewer. Took my money for pre-paid treatment but didn’t even advise about cancellation. Went to redeem but phone number disconnected, no response to socials, no email address, no ABN on receipts, went out there and turns out they closed the same week they took my money for future treatments - eg they were knowingly deceptive and fraudulent. They outright stole from me. No notification, no way to contact owners, as mentioned no ABN. Will be following up with relevant authorities. Owners are grifters.
I have pre-purchased treatment packages and received an email cancelling my appointment for today. Tried calling but phone disconnected. Anyone else?
