This was my daughter's first salon experience, and it couldn't have gone better. Kania was so patient and gentle with her, which I truly appreciated especially since my daughter is pretty tender-headed. She got a wash, deep condition, a trim, and braids, and she absolutely loves how it turned out. Thank you for making her feel comfortable and confident. We'll definitely be back!
My bbb lasted 2 weeks. Washed it twice. My color faded after a week.
I am sad to leave this review, but I would not recommend coming into Toal Beauty for any chemical treatments. I have been getting my 4C hair, relaxed for about five years. I had a great stylist that I loved, but after moving to another state, I had to find a new hairdresser. Took my daughter for a sew in and they didn’t add the hair net hair was coming out two days later took forever to get somebody to agree to do a fix but she only took 5 mins and didn’t really fix it the owner didn’t even care ti make sure it was fixed didn’t even look at what was even wrong to begin with for over $400 plus tip I feel they are not willing to negotiate partial refunds or a real good fix of services not Completed I actually bumped it to somebody else in the mall and they said that they had a problem with them as... read more
