I just had my hair cut by probably one of the worst stylists that I’ve ever had. I didn’t get her name because I could not get out of there fast enough but she has very long black hair and an accent. - Her communication skills are lacking - She is unable to understand basic instructions and just seemed confused the whole time… it’s a very basic pixie cut with no big style so it cannot be that hard - She didn’t even thoroughly wash OR rinse my hair.. kind of just mushed the product in and focused more on the awful head massag... read more

Absolutely unprofessional. They saw the length of hair before the appointment and spent 15 minutes asking questions about how I want the haircut, quoted me based on the length and style and conveniently charged me double the amount in the end - with no explanation! The owner said he can charge whatever he wants to and while I was there trying to understand the bill, he was standing and laughing with his other team member! Really really disappointed.
