Sofia is a true professional. Every time I come, she does exactly what I ask for, she is great at listening to the client. My hair looks incredible and just the way I want it, even other people notice it. She also does a great job with the hairdryer and brush, her movements are very professional. I will recommend her to every girl!
Today is my daughter’s graduation. We went in with a photo of what we wanted (a photo of my daughter on a different occasion). My daughter has natural ringlet curls. All she wanted was for her curls to be pinned up. The stylist brushed out her natural curls and used a large barrel curling iron leaving my daughter with a completely different style than she asked for.
This place is horrible. I came here for a simple root touch-up, which I was told by them over the phone and in-store was about $120. My roots were only four weeks old, so there wasn’t even much grey hair. I was so disappointed with their service. I had colour all over my face and forehead, and the lady didn’t bother to match my hair colour. She simply mixed black colour for my roots. my hair is dark brown.
