I previously had a good experience with Napolean, which led me to hire them again—but unfortunately, this time was disappointing. During the initial quote, I was assured that drop sheets would be used, existing appliances would be handled with care, and laundry downtime would be minimal. While some mess is expected during renovations, there were excessive delays due to the tilers not showing up on the promised dates.
