Buyer beware!! I’ve spent the last two years trying to resolve the issues I’ve had with my bathroom and I’m getting nowhere. I’ve asked repeatedly for the issues to be resolved and when they weren’t I asked for a refund. I’ve received neither. I’m left with a bathroom that was not my original design and isn’t fit for purpose! If you’re looking for a new bathroom I would recommend that you go elsewhere!! This company still owes me £15,000 !!
I strongly advise avoiding Total Bathroom Installations. The workmanship at my property was shambolic. Despite Chris acknowledging in emails that the work was of a poor standard (which I can provide upon request), the company has ignored all attempts to resolve the issue. I had to take the matter to the Small Claims Court, which ruled in my favour, but due to further non-compliance, I am now pursuing enforcement through the EJO. Avoid this company at all costs.
