I had a great experience with Total Bath System for my shower remodel. The process was smooth and well organized. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my home throughout the project. What I especially appreciated was how responsive they were to my requests and concerns. Anytime I had a question or a specific demand, they addressed it promptly and made sure I was comfortable with the solution before moving forward. Their communication and willingness to accommodate my needs really stood out.
I met with Mike and he was allot of help. His service was exceptional, and he went over the shower install details very clearly. We went over my different options and decided on the perfect pick for me! I recommend 10/10

Initially, I wasn't too happy. The salesman was new, the presentation took 3 hours and an immediate answer was expected with the understanding I had 3 days to cancel. Fast forward, the contractor (TTD Renovations) did an excellent job installing. There had been an issue with truckload of doors and I was promised on Tues the doors would arrive and be installed on Thursday....and they were. Thankful for Justin. He is amazing.
