TBS provided exceptional service with professionalism and attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and reliability.
Initially, I wasn't too happy. The salesman was new, the presentation took 3 hours and an immediate answer was expected with the understanding I had 3 days to cancel. Fast forward, the contractor (TTD Renovations) did an excellent job installing. There had been an issue with truckload of doors and I was promised on Tues the doors would arrive and be installed on Thursday....and they were. Thankful for Justin. He is amazing. Read This Before You Hire Total Bath Like you, I came here to read reviews and do my research first. I trusted Total Bath because the sales rep seemed genuine and local, I wish I hadn’t. Despite clear instructions not to touch my shower head, they replaced it with a cheaper one. The crew arrived unprepared, unaware of parts of the job, and I had to supply my own vanity, mirror, faucet, and lighting, yet the price stayed high. Zero stars if I could. I schedule an appointment for a consultation and quote with Total Bath Systems, through Home Depot. Appointment was on 11-12-2025. As of today, 11-19-2025, I still have not received a quote from TBS. Steve and a trainee were conducting the consult. When they arrived, I advised I was on a tight schedule and had an hour to complete. My choices were simple in that I wanted to remove current bath tub and replace with a walk in shower in all white.
