We had Chuck come to our home in Simsbury to do a consult with my husband and me for a new walk in shower to replace our old bath tub. He measured our bathroom, and showed us everything that Total Bath had to offer. He showed us high end product as well as average grade product, both comparable to our budget and style. We met with Derek from TBS on getting our very old bathroom remodeled. After dealing with so many local contractors that were giving us crazy prices, it was nice to have someone knowledgeable of the process up front. The prices are fair and we have peace of mind that the project will be done right and on time.
