we had a roof installed by Klaus roofing and Total basement finishing of western NY Affiliates this past winter and now the rolled roofing is bubbling up and the stones are coming off. I can not get ahold of anyone at either places of business. I had trouble from the start of this roof project but signed a contract and now I am stuck 30 thousand dollars later. I am only leaving 1 star because in order to leave a review you have to choose one. Dont use this company all they care about is your money. Terrible customer service.
