Overall I was very happy with the team and the finished basement. Zach was knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting different options. Lee, John, and Luke did a good job with installation, and when issues came up they recommended solutions that made sense long-term, rather than a quick fix. It felt a bit pricey, but the space is under a lifetime warranty, and I didn't have to worry about contractors leaving partway through, so for me the peace of mind on such a big project was worth it.
Zach was our salesman and he was very informative and he listened to our needs. John and Luke were our installers, they were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! Everything I asked for they did and all my requests and questions were never a problem! Lee was great he came out and finished some loose ends he even went as far as putting an extra coat of paint on the door!
