Total Basement Finishing did a fantastic job of creating our finished basement!! Their work was extremely professional and timely, with very little construction downtime. Materials and workmanship are outstanding. The finished basement is as advertised, creating an attractive additional living space. Project manager was attentive and responsive and kept us in the loop with frequent updates, as needed. Work crews were friendly, efficient and easy to deal with.
Working with total basement finishing /Black dog was a hassle-free experience. They were very understanding met all my needs they went above and beyond I could not be any more happy and thrilled with the end results. I would absolutely use them and recommend them again and again. Everyone was just really great to work with they didn't push things on you and that in itself is worth a lot to me.

The team at Black Dog Basements was a joy to work with. The project manager did a great job communicating and worked hard to keep things on schedule. There were no surprises and in some cases the team exceeded expectations. Thumbs up.
