My sister in law got a procedure done. We came to Total Balance Wellness and Spa and we are very happy with our experience here with her. She is so professional, very skilled and personable. I have seen Sandra for post surgery lymphatic drainage massage after liposuction. She is so amazing! Sandra cares deeply for the work she does and wants nothing but the best outcome for her clients. I would 100% recommend seeing her for any of your needs and plan to continue being a customer for future services.
My experience exceeded my expectations. I scheduled a therapeutic massage and was truly impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. Her physical therapy background makes a huge difference—she understands the body and applies techniques with real purpose, not just relaxation. She went above and beyond by incorporating TENS, red light therapy, and kinesiology tape on my feet. The place was very clean, calm, and relaxing. I highly recommend her services
Sandra is awesome! She goes above and beyond trying to help with services or techniques specifically for your issue. Her knowledge and understanding of the body makes me feel very comfortable knowing she understands potentially what I'm feeling. She has also had injury herself which makes me even more at ease. I had the best experience at Total Balance Wellness & Spa. The overall environment was very relaxing and the lymphatic drainage massage was phenomenal. I could notice a difference in my body as soon as I left. I also enjoyed speaking with Sandra she was very genuine and kind. I will be coming back soon!
