Total Balance Pilates Studio offers a mix of individualized and group classes for all fitness levels. Challenge your core, strength and stability through customized pilates reformer workouts, stretch and relax your mind through yoga, join an energetic and fast paced spin class or one of our many group exercise classes. Classes change regularly and we offer adaptations to all formats and exercises. We offer an annual boot camp class and monthly social activities in the summer. Join the Total Balance Community!

Total Balance has been life changing for me. I have never liked working out at all until now. With Julie it is fun and she does a great job of making each workout personalized for each persons needs. I look forward to it every week!
