I love total balance fitness. I was really nervous my first time, because I hadn't worked out for a while. Amanda is great. She modifies workouts for people who need it. The workouts are paced for people of many levels. I felt challenged on my first day, and I could tell that people who had been going for months were challenged as well. She makes games, circuits, and fun activities. It's a lot of fun, and I always feel great after leaving.
Amanda is an excellent Motivator! My life is (Very) different since I started working with her! Call her and she will help you get motivated!
I am almost done with a month long challenge/contest through total balance fitness and I couldn't feel better about it. I have several daily habits and activities that I will keep doing now because of it. I have been working with Amanda for several years after some severe health problems. During that time, I have made great gains in terms of strength and flexibility. I have lost weight and inches. I also have made significant lifestyle changes and increased my exercise, started doing yoga, changed my eating habits significantly. I attribute these changes and especially my ability to stick with them, to my work with Amanda. She has been a great motivator for me to develop a healthier lifestyle.
Ive been working with Amanda for about 8 or 9 months now, both through personal training and her group boot camps. Ive improved dramatically in both physical strength and my endurance. She provides personalized workouts and diet plans which are great for me as i used to eat horribly! Before working with her id work out maybe once a week, i go 5 times a week now and she is totally worth it!
