I am new to Chilliwack and needed a vehicle inspection. Total Auto was one of three garages that were recommended to me and I am very happy that I choseTotal Auto. The garage is clean and all of the staff are friendly. They did a thorough assessment and good repair of my vehicle.
Highly recommend! As a woman, it's hard to find a shop that I feel safe in, where I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman who obviously isn't overly mechanically inclined. The staff here made me feel immediately at ease, from first phone call all the way to the service. They were thorough, quick and incredibly friendly and respectful! Will definitely be continuing to use them!
I really appreciate Ford going over everything with me in language I understand. Also prioritizing the work needed. Gerry, Kyle, Frank, Braeden and all the guys are top notch, a great place to take your vehicle. Total Automotive has been my shop of choice for years!
