Super friendly service!
I recently purchased a used vehicle only to discover that it has a host of issues. I took it to Total Automotive because I was getting check engine codes pertaining to a cylinder 3 misfire, evap system leak, and an issue with the drivetrain. I spent $500 for a diagnosis, only to be informed that I have a cylinder 3 misfire and an evap leak. I didn't take it in to have them confirm what I'd already found, I took it in to find the causes of those codes.
