Great service! I've taken 2 cars there a few times, and every time has been a great experience. They are great communicators as well as mechanics, which is rare. I would and do recommend to a friend.
Had a " noise" with no clue what it was... they diagnose and fixed wheel bearings going out . Had me on the road again safely. Can't imagine going anywhere else... I think they have been honest and fair.... however a glass of wine while waiting is always a plus, think about it !!
If I could leave a lower rating I would. I dropped my car off with them and they charged me $150 for a diagnostic but didn’t even complete the diagnostic because my car had some bad wiring that anyone could’ve looked under the hood and seen. Btw it’s not the wiring the vehicle ran for 3 years with the wiring exactly how it is. This was a total rip off.
This place is so great! These people treat you like family. I was taken advantage of price- and time-wise at the other place I took my car, so I drove it here for them to look at. They had a diagnosis within a day and had it done within another couple of days. After they had it done, my car was still making a noise, so I took it back and they let me drive the car with them in it so they could assess more what I was hearing.
