after my dealer failed in three tries to find and fix a freon leak, Total Automotive found it and fixed it the first time ! superior service , superior personel
I knew to the area and have been looking for a repair shop for my vehicle. I received a flyer in the mail and decided to give Total Automotive a try for an oil change. I arrived at my appointment time and they were ready. This is a very clean professional looking facility. They have excellent equipment. The staff varies from younger staff to older staff so we got experience on site. I’m very pleased with the service that I received. Great service! I've taken 2 cars there a few times, and every time has been a great experience. They are great communicators as well as mechanics, which is rare. I would and do recommend to a friend.
Had a " noise" with no clue what it was... they diagnose and fixed wheel bearings going out . Had me on the road again safely. Can't imagine going anywhere else... I think they have been honest and fair.... however a glass of wine while waiting is always a plus, think about it !!
