Great, fast service.
I really like how this business sends emails with pictures of your car asking for customer approval. You have to respond to those pictures and then the mechanic shop does the work. This should be an industry standard. I really like their little lock box they have for picking up keys after hours. I live in Jackson County, so it's nice to be able to get my car whenever it's most convenient for me. My wife tells me that they are very prompt about answering the telephones and emails. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was done quickly and efficiently. The guys in the office were very pleasant and explained what else needed to be done. I'll be going back soon for a necessary repair!
Stopped in for an oil change, left with a new noise. When I stopped in my air conditioning was running perfectly. First they couldn’t do the tire rotation because they couldn’t find my lock key. Okay I get it. When I get in my car to leave, my air conditioner was making a horrible sound. I immediately went back inside and told them. He came out and said something could be in the fan.
