Great customer service from front desk to the mechanics to the owner. They will tell you the real problem with your ride. Quality parts and quality work. Recommended 100% Carlos and his team are awesome people and great mechanics.
Let me say, this team is outstanding great is all they do, I was referred to them by Marshall @big sticker, couple years ago when others could not fix my issue with my egr valve, Marshall sent me here and I tell you any problems I have with my vehicle I will always use Total Automotive, Carlos, Jose and the team is awesome
My A/C wasn’t working so I took it to Total Automotive and let me tell you it was the best decision I made. Turns out I had a very bad leak and they addressed it quickly. Thanks again I highly recommend!
I’m very pleased with the services and level of work done to my 4Runner. My truck needed work and replacements and explained to me by Carlos and Josh. I was given updates during the entire process. Happy to drive a quiet and smooth-running vehicle for a few more years. Having work done on my truck at Total Automotive gives me peace of mind.
