Overall a pretty good experience.. until 2 days after repair I opened my hood to notice the coolant reservoir cap was missing. And I essentially was completely empty on coolant. It’s important to know, I dropped the car off because it was leaking coolant. When I was called to pick up the car I asked the dumb question of “Did you guys fill it up with coolant” being the car was dropped off empty of coolant because I had a leak. Total Automotive exceeded my expectations. It is by far the best service I’ve received from any dealership or independent shop! They’re honest and thorough. I went in for an oil change and found that my air filter was completely dirty (they showed it to me) and a rear light was out. They took care of both at, literally, a fraction of the cost of my dealership!! I will be taking my car there for all future maintenance and repairs!
Brain and his staff are some of the most honest, hard-working and attentive mechanics in Middle TN. They've always listened to whatever issues I was having with my car, were honest about the work involved, and very fair with their pricing. They're always on top of getting the work done in a timely fashion and have been able to resolve or give honest feedback on whatever issues my car was having. Can not recommend these guys enough!
I just moved here a few months ago and have already had a couple issues with both of my vehicles, Total Automotive has been super helpful each time! They’re always quick to get us in and take care of the issue. Their pricing also seems really fair, we will continue to rely on Total Automotive!
