They ruined my car, took my money, and moved without telling me. They are dishonest and don't know what they're doing.
Great work, very friendly, very professional, they worked on my car and didnt try to sell me anything i didnt need and before they even tried to sell me anything they wanted to make sure that i knew what was wrong and why it was broken they explained the problem and showed me the problem so i had full understanding of everything. I i will never go to any other auto repair shop again thank you total auto and mike for everything you did to help me get back on the road
The first time I brought my car to this shop I knew that I was going to be a potential loyal customer to the owner. Not only that he does great efficient work but he's very easy to talk to and have conversations with about anything that's on your mimd. kinda 2 for 1 to go to get your car worked on with a little therapy in the mix talking about how other car repair shops just rip people off that makes good mechanics like him look bad. he's not the type that turns down any car problem that you throw at him. i like the fact tha... read more
