Chris and the team are honest and professional. I've been taking my car here the past couple of years for state inspections and other repairs, and they have always been communicative and straightforward. Even had to get my car towed recently, and they fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. I'd recommend them if you're in need of an inspection or general repairs.
When you find a good mechanic you stick with them. My first visit to Total Auto Service was a fluke, my car had an issue and they were across the street. Been going back ever since. Their honesty over many years has been more than enough to warrant trust. Furthermore, they seem to be personally invested in looking out for their customer's best interests. Just a great business doing good work.
