Every time I come here the people ALWAYS always have an attitude never fails. Everyone literally hates there job. So irritating.
I pulled up to shop and was greeted right away . He took time to ask me what I was there for. I didn’t have to wait. He checked all my tires and put air in them. I asked how much and he said it’s nothing. Told me I’ll be needing a back tire but I still had some miles left on it. No pressure of buying one. I always go there. Those guys are the best.
I went here on 8/22 to get new (used) tires put on, since two of mine were almost bald. a few days later I noticed my cat was rattling when I would go over 60mph so I called and they recommended a balance and alignment. I came back on 8/28 for the balance and alignment, it took over an hour and when I left I realized my car is now pulling to the right when the steering wheel is straight. prices were good but the fact that I’ve now had two new problems occur after leaving this shop makes me not want to return.
Gave me 3 new tires for about $220 good service on the tires !! my brakes are a different issue!! I paid $220 for the labor and I produced the parts. No more than 3 days later my brakes are scratching. Problem has yet to fixed and they want to keep trying to charge me for the same fix when its obvious they weren’t fixed right in the first place
I’ve been coming here for years each time I’ve had any issues with my tires. The overall staff and owner are super friendly. I recently paid a visit bc I had a razor blade in my treads and Nelson was a huge help!! He was prompt and was able to plug it but overall was helpful in identifying which options I had. I highly recommend this spot for any tire troubles.
