My mom bought two tires from here 3 days later one of the tires was flat again. Went over their to get the tire fixed and they saying that’s not the tire they sold her so now they selling bad tires and replacing it with tires that they just have laying around. Than they want to ask for a receipt when they know that they don’t be giving you a receipt. Bad customer service and bad business overall.
Not friendly....not honest...quick tho....too many options (places to get tires)....not sure if I will come back
I bought 2 used tires from these guys. One became faulty after a week of use. I couldn't remove the lugs from their installation to fix it myself so I returned in hopes of purchasing another. After I told them the tire I just bought from them failed. They ignored the fact and proceeded to tasks that I didnt ask to be done. I had to keep explaining to them that they was charging me and should listen to exactly what I am requesting to be done and they did not. If I could give a ZERO I would! Just bought 2 NEW tires from them for my front. They didn’t balance them so I had to go somewhere to get them balanced. And now I’m at Jiffy Lube getting an oil change and they inform me that one of the tires has a bubble in it! The whole reason I had to get two new front tires is because I got a tire from them and it blew out on 695. Me thinking it was just coincidental, went and bought two new tires from them!
