We had a great experience with Frank at Total Auto Care. Not only were they quick with repairs, prices were very reasonable and for once I didn’t feel like I was being scammed at all by a mechanic! Communication was also great. Frank even got the car washed before pickup which was such a nice touch that he didn’t have to do. We will now be taking all our vehicles here.
Ok, where to start. First time here...Frank and his crew are seriously Top Nothch... if you're looking for an auto repair shop that is Honest, respectable, non intimidating and Authentic, Total Auto Care is your place! When was the last time the word Honest and Auto repair were used in the same sentence?
Whenever I need something done…I call Frank! Rather if it’s my Limo or my BMW. He is fair, wise, and does what he says.
