Total Athlete Training was a great experience for my son over the last six months. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, and it actually makes kids want to show up and work. We saw real improvement in his stamina and strength, but more than that, Coach Dan and the team focus on the whole person, not just the physical side. If you’re looking to build skills or just get your kid off screens and moving, I’d absolutely recommend it.
Dropping down from 5 to 3 stars because of non-sense no-show $10 fee. I strongly encourage parents to ask for this to be removed before signing a contract. We already pay for the practice slots, if we don't show the only penalty should be to not be able to schedule make-up session. I don't know of any other business that charges penalty for no-show after they were already paid in full for the service. Training sessions at TAT have really helped my son stay active and improve his speed and agility between sports seasons! Thanks to Dan and his team of coaches for all that the do!
Dan and his coaches are exceptional! If your child wants to be faster, stronger or more agile this is the place for you! We highly recommend TAT Winter Garden. 100% effort is required and results begin to show right away! The effort our son puts forth and the results experienced not only make him a better athlete but his confidence in himself has grown. P.S. we use a reward system and never have a complaint about attending.
Both my son and daughter have attended TAT. Next month my junior in high school daughter will have completed her 3rd year there. We are so thankful for the growth she has experienced at TAT. Not only athletic growth, but our daughter had a lot of anxiety and struggled with self confidence when she started with TAT.
