My kids have been going to Total Atheletic Training for a little over 6 months now. Dan has been very helpful right from the beginning. Kids have made good progress in their sports performance. Also seeing improvement in endurance and strength during outdoor activities like hiking. It been a great experience so far.

My boys have absolutely loved the training at TAT. The coaches are very detailed and the workouts structured very welll. As a college athlete I can see the benefits and improvements in only 3 weeks. I would recommend to athletes of any level and skill. The coaches at TAT are amazing.!
I have two teenage boys who attend training with Dan and his team and they absolutely love it. It has been about 3 months and not only have I seen the difference in performance but my boys see it as well, especially with my oldest his performance and confidence has changed for the better.
