Very attentive and welcoming. It’s something my son actually wants to do, feels good about and already seeing improvement in just a few weeks!

We’re so glad we found Total Athlete Training for our 11-year-old son. He plays baseball, and TAT gives him more than what he gets from one sport—strength, speed, agility, and confidence. Coach Dan and his team truly care about the kids. They focus on proper technique, mindset, and discipline, not just drills. My son is a work in progress, but he’s already stronger, more confident, and learning skills that will help him both on the field and throughout his life. This is one of the best choices we’ve made for our son.
Great location, coaches and program!
I was hesitant to sign up my son with already so much going on in his schedule! But after the trial period, we were hooked! In just a couple of months my son has improved on the basketball court, getting stronger and feeling more confident. The coaches are awesome and great with all of the kids. Scheduling is not an issue with easy rescheduling through the app. Love this place and my son looks forward to his workouts every week!
