Total Athlete Performance has been a game-changer. I came to TAP as a sophomore in high school, and they've molded me into the athlete I am today. They truly care about their athletes. I would recommend TAP to any athlete or person that wants to get more athletic or move better.

I highly recommend any youth, high school athletes or non-athletes, or even adults to consider working out with Total Athlete Performance. It’s worth the investment. I’ve worked out with them for a handful of years as an adult and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are dedicated, committed, and truly take care of their clients. They are the best in the business with results to show.

Tap has helped me get ready to play college basketball. I’ve gotten a lot faster and stronger since I’ve started coming here and the trainers genuinely care about the athletes they are training

I have worked with TAP over the last few years and both myself as an individual and as a hockey team. Not only have they helped with athletic performance but they have helped keep me healthy year round as I play hockey.
