I am writing to share my very upsetting experience at Total Aquatic Solutions, where my two children attended lessons. Unfortunately, I felt the environment was not supportive or understanding of young learners, especially those with fears. From the very first interaction, I found the instructor to be rude and dismissive. Have sent my children to a few different places and this by far exceeds the others. Very happy the children progress really well. Also if you are lucky enough to have Jess as a teacher your child will thrive!
