Basing this review on the poor responses from the owner to legitimate and concerned parents/customers. It seems very argumentaive, condescending and gaslighting towards customers. Even if you are in the right, your responses could be a bit more professional and or empathetic. Sometimes it looks better to take a little loss humbly than to try and gain a "big win" for image. I am writing to share my very upsetting experience at Total Aquatic Solutions, where my two children attended lessons. Unfortunately, I felt the environment was not supportive or understanding of young learners, especially those with fears. From the very first interaction, I found the instructor to be rude and dismissive.
