Reopening my review of Total Appearance. A completely unprofessional, junior stereo installer. Billy threatened me with the only way he will stand behind the product and warranty of his work is if I take down the bad reviews. I am now posting as many bad reviews as I can because Total Appearance doesn't need to be in business of installing stereo systems. Billy, I paid for and chose your "professional installation" on my truck and all I received was a hack job and excuses. Your installation guys trashed my dash, left broken pieces down inside the defrost vent and even left a razor blade in the floor of my truck along with all the shavings you removed from my dash. after trying to fix what your team screwed up. Total Appearance deserves to be rated as a -0. I purchased (4)tires and 4 (tpms )tire pressure sensors from Total Appearance on 10/14/2019 which I paid for and returned on 10/15/19 at 8:30am with a scheduled appointment to have them mounted and installed. This service was only suppose to take( 2) hours turned into an 8.0 service. They expained at 11:30 am, 2.5 hours later that 3 tire were on site but they were waiting on the 4th tire. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! NO, NO, NO!! You will get not only poor workmanship but also poor customer service and an owner who does nothing but lie! I personally witnessed him tell a tech to keep a vehicle inside the shop (regardless of how quickly he finished) because he charged the customer for 1.5hrs of labor for something that took 30mins!! Ridiculous turnover rate with regards to staff! They do not pay you as promised and you have to constantly ask when you’ll get paid!!
