I contacted TOTALAIR with a problem related to a non-working compressor at our factory, they said that within half an hour they would contact me and tell me when a technician would come to us. No one called me back. After three hours of waiting, I called them back, they said that tomorrow morning at 8:30 a technician would be at our factory.
