BEYOND amazing, truly 5 star experience from start to finish! The receptionist walked me through a few tests over the phone to try and trouble shoot, which wasn’t successful. They fit me in the same day which is unheard of in July. They kept me updated on the time of arrival and event sent a text when the driver was en route. Total Air Comfort and their technician Eddie were fantastic! We were having issues with certain rooms in our home not getting cold enough, so we called them to come out and assess our air conditioning system. My air conditioning was not working Ed came to check it out right away It took a Little while for him to find the main problem but once he found the issue it was fixed right away. This Company is amazing. Whenever I call them, they are here, practically as soon as I hang up the phone they do thorough job of investigating the issue. They are very knowledgeable. They're on time. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating or air conditioning

Eddie was professional, timely, and educated us on all of the equipment being installed. He had different packages available for purchase and made the whole process seamless.
