What a fabulous experience from start to finish. Beginning when Crystal answered the phone to get the information and make the appointment to Eddie leaving after the repair. Crystal was very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. And when Eddie arrived (right on time after Crystal called to say he was on his way), he went through everything. Our AC system was recently repaired, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They clearly explained the issue, no surprises and didn’t try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find companies you can truly trust and we would definitely recommend them
BEYOND amazing, truly 5 star experience from start to finish! The receptionist walked me through a few tests over the phone to try and trouble shoot, which wasn’t successful. They fit me in the same day which is unheard of in July. They kept me updated on the time of arrival and event sent a text when the driver was en route. Thrilled to have found Total Air Comfort! They are a local family owned business who puts their heart into their work. Eddie was professional, timely, and educated us on all of the equipment being installed. He had different packages available for purchase and made the whole process seamless. We are so happy with our new heating system and would highly recommend TAC to anyone in need of assistance!
