I can’t recommend Total Acupuncture and Physical Therapy in Cedar Grove, New Jersey enough. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about your recovery. Christine is an amazing acupuncturist who brings such care to her practice and helps relieve whatever I’m experiencing, whether it’s neck pain that triggers my headaches or calming of my nervous system. She is so warm and thoughtful and incredibly knowledgeable about the body. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for support!
Jason fixed my neck after I had already tried trigger point injections, massages, muscle relaxers, and months of PT. The next step would have been surgery to alleviate debilitating headaches that started in my neck. He takes the time to listen to what the issues are and then explain how he's going to treat them with dry needling and acupuncture. Frank knows myofascial release techniques which are the most effective way to decrease muscle pain and promote healing. Very glad I found a good therapist and on my way to the end of back and neck pain
I’ve been coming here for physical therapy with Frank and Jen and they are both great. I have been thriving under their care. I’ve also been here for acupuncture. I highly recommend.
