The EMT and the doctor took the time to listen to me and figured out the best way to treat my injury. The doctor was able to determine e that it was not as serious as it could have been and told me to rest my arm. I appreciated not having to get unnecessary xrays.
I have been a patient at this particular Urgent Care several times. They are courteous and see me rather quickly. It's way easier than trying to see my own doctor. Highly recommend this facility. It is like a small hospital!

From the moment we walked in till the time we left the staff was friendly and attentive. I have worked in hospitals and pharmacies for over 20 years and I certainly appreciate the idiosyncrasies of working with sick and/or injured people all day. It was nice to be seen and be able to walk out with the prescriptions needed instead of having to stop and wait at a local pharmacy. This was my first time visiting, but have taken a relative before. The service was fast, friendly and very professional. I was taken to my room upon arriving. The staff was able to diagnose my illness, with just a few tests. This was yesterday, and today, I am feeling 100% better. I will finish all of my meds, and I would to thank the staff for their willingness to serve and the thoughtfulness towards me!
Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, yet professional. I knew my illness going in, and they did appropriate lab work to confirm it. I will return if I need them again, and will recommend them to others.
This is my 3rd trip to TAUC and I am always happy with the results of my visits. I was diagnosed with the flu, I decided to go there for a 2nd opinion after being sick for over a month - they swabbed me and confirmed I had Flu Type A. My doctor of 15+ years didn't swab me or check for that. They also checked my records and lungs, since I had pneumonia the prior year from a 2nd wrong diagnosis for the flu. This is the only Urgent Care location I will go to. They can perform many functions, that other locations can not, and it is so quick, I'm in and out without any wait time. I have always had great service at this location. Again, it is the only location I will go to!
