I felt like I was having a diverticulitis flare up so went in after 2 days of not getting better. It was my first time there and was amazed at how professional and well equipped they are. It is like a compact emergency room except the staff truly cares about you. They were extremely thorough and concluded I had passed a kidney stone. Everyone from the cashier to the medical personnel were professional & courteous & I was seen after a brief wait. Testing performed in the office was interpreted quickly & I was on my way in I’m sure what was a shorter time than a hospital ER wait!
I read all the other wonderful reviews about this facility to help make the decision to go here, rather than one closer to home. And yes, they were all so right! The people were very efficient and caring. They got me in, took care of me and got me out. No complaints, just a warm feeling of being taken care of.
I was very pleased with the timely manner in which I was taken care of and was made to feel comfortable by everyone.
Went in because my dog had scratch my arm and tore a small piece of my skin. I am on a blood thinner and thought it best to have it checked out, We watched it being built Was glad I didn't have to drive so far, People who worked there are all very nice and friendly. Very professional.
Came in for 2 reoccurring issues. The staff was very efficient in realizing that I needed medicine and follow-up care with specialist. No extra time was spent on x-rays and blood draws.

We were pressed for time. My husband had to be at work in a couple of hours. His poison ivy was spreading fast and over the counter medication wasn’t enough. We walked in and someone helped us register and immediately took us to a room. Nurse followed us in the room and took his vitals and the Nurse Practitioner came in the room. After looking Jeff over he prescribed steroids. He was given a steroid injection and we were on our way!! They provided the steroid pills. All this in less than 45 minutes.
