There are horrible, horrible horrible! I would never go here again. You could die in the waiting room They have more excuses as to why they can’t help you. I have my 93 year old dad here and they could give two shits. They don’t deserve to be rated
I went to the Total Access Urgent Care facility this morning. The service could not have been better. The on line scheduling and check in process was so easy, even for a dinosaur like me. The folks at the desk were so nice. The nurse practitioners and the physicians could not have been kinder or more competent and I was so comforted and cared for that even though I was diagnosed with shingles, I left the facility feeling that I was in good hands, given the treatment that was appropriate for the symptoms and on my way to ... read more
Went in there with severe dehydration (which I told them) and they never gave me fluids, only an EKG. Said that they were sending me to the ER because they didn’t like something on the EKG and already called an ambulance. Made me feel like I didn’t really have a choice on taking the ride. Finally got a saline drip in the ambulance and quickly started feeling better.
