After 3 days was stuck in elevator. Then had to wait 4 days for scheduled repair. Beware!!!
My mother desperately needed an elevator due to having surgery, and they smoothly processed getting it installed and working. The office staff was so understanding and helped me tremendously!!!! Will always recommend them!!!!!
Company is inflexible on providing service and it takes forever for them to get parts. They have some good technicians and some technicians who are not so good. Would highly recommend you look elsewhere. Two of the five star reviews are the owner and an employee.
