Do not go here they do not have a fair return policy take your money somewhere else. I bought two packs of hair they only offer exchange. There are other beauty supply stores stay away from this one. Shady people.
The tech I had was Emily. At first there was a small bit of misunderstanding, but Helena (I think her name was) and the customer next to me helped us both figure out what I was asking for.
