They did a great job of making my nervous child comfortable for a relatively long treatment and were very understanding and flexible. The whole team there is very kind and you can tell they love children.
Avoid the headache of this dental office. My son needs two fillings and it appears I owe a small amount in the middle of paydays at the moment and they won't schedule him to potentially save his teeth. Appalling. My son has two dental coverages was last seen in September for a cleaning. It would be a different tune if he needed to be put to sleep and sent too anesthesia most likely. This dental office is a long way from where we live, but we make the trek out to see Dr. Justin because it is so worth it for my kids. Dr. Justin and the staff at Tot2Teen must be some sort of magicians because my toddler and preschool aged kids felt so settled and comfortable, and totally didn't mind having their mouths opened and worked on! The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and it is very clear that the staff prioritize children's comfort and safety.
Our experience at this clinic was fantastic. Dr. Shyu and Annie showed our family fantastic care. I would recommend this place to anyone!
